I got the opportunity to work with Sophie Pinder from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to create an art installation to create awareness of Willow Tits and the shocking declining rates. As a group, we decided to stick to the nature theme and create a structure using MDF and wood frames, and cover it to represent trees and their natural habitat of dead wood. The 4 holes represented the life of a willow tit accommodated by a wooden sign similar to what you may find in a national park or any woodland on a walk.
